These beautiful public gardens of 9 hectares are located next to the sea in the area of Malabata, east of the bay of Tangier. They occupy what was formerly the property of the British correspondent of The Times, Walter Burton Harris, a famous figure in the history of Tangier, buried in the Anglican cemetery of St. Andrew. His palace, of Moorish style dating back to the 19th century (under rehabilitation) gives an authentic touch to one of the most loved places by the city's inhabitants.
