Purchase Terms — TripnCity

1. About these Terms
These Purchase Terms govern every order you place and every payment you make through the TripnCity app and website (the "Service"). They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not place an order.

3. What we sell
Through the Service you can purchase:
- eSIMs and mobile data plans — digital SIM profiles delivered electronically for use on compatible devices.
- Tours, activities, and experiences — bookings for guided tours, attractions, and local experiences provided by us or by our travel partners.
- Other travel services — itineraries, audio guides, AI travel-guide access, and related digital products.
eSIMs, tours, activities, and other travel services are referred to together in these Terms as "Travel Services".
4. Orders and order acceptance
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept your order — which we do by confirming successful payment and sending you an order confirmation by email or in-app notice.
We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment if the product is unavailable, if the price was listed in error, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order before fulfilment, we will refund the amount charged for that order.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown on the Service before you confirm your order and are stated in the currency displayed at checkout. The total payable, including any applicable taxes and fees, is shown before you complete payment.
We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. Currency conversion, foreign-transaction, or bank fees charged by your card issuer are your responsibility.
6. Payment and Payzone
Online payments are processed securely by our payment service provider, Payzone. When you pay, you are redirected to Payzone's secure payment page to enter your card details.
- We accept the cards and payment methods displayed at checkout (including Visa and Mastercard, where supported by Payzone).
- Card details are entered on Payzone's secured, PCI-DSS-compliant environment and are never stored on TripnCity servers. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment succeeded or failed.
- Payments are protected by 3-D Secure / strong customer authentication where your card issuer supports it.
- Your order is confirmed only once Payzone authorises the payment. If a payment is declined, no contract is formed and your order is not fulfilled.
Payzone's processing of your payment data is governed by Payzone's own terms and privacy notice. You agree to comply with any conditions imposed by Payzone or by your card issuer.
7. Delivery and fulfilment
- eSIMs are delivered electronically — by email and/or in the app — as a QR code and activation details, normally within minutes of a confirmed payment.
- Tours, activities, and experiences are delivered as a booking confirmation or voucher containing the details needed to access the service.
- Digital travel products become available in your account once payment is confirmed.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to check your inbox, spam folder, and the app for your confirmation.
8. eSIM-specific conditions
Before purchasing an eSIM, it is your responsibility to confirm that:
- Your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked;
- The plan you select covers your destination, dates, and expected data usage;
- You understand the validity period, data allowance, and any coverage limitations shown on the product page.
eSIM coverage and network performance depend on local mobile operators and are outside our control. An eSIM is considered delivered and usable once the QR code and activation details have been issued to you.
9. No refunds — final-sale policy
All sales of Travel Services are final. Once you have placed an order for an eSIM, a tour, an activity, or any other travel service, the order cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, whether or not the eSIM has been activated or the travel service has been used.
This no-refund policy applies in particular to:
- eSIMs and mobile data plans — including unused data, an incompatible or locked device, a change of travel plans, or a destination not covered;
- Tours, activities, and experiences — including no-shows, late arrival, change of plans, or partial use;
- All other travel services and digital products sold through the Service.
Because eSIMs and travel services are digital products and time-sensitive bookings supplied immediately on confirmation, you expressly acknowledge and agree that delivery begins on payment confirmation and that any right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period that might otherwise apply is waived to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights you may have under the consumer-protection law that applies to you. Where such rights apply, they prevail over this section to the extent of any conflict.
10. Faulty products and support
If an eSIM you purchased cannot be activated or does not work due to a genuine technical fault on our side, contact us promptly at hi@tripncity.com with your order reference. We will investigate and, where the fault is confirmed, provide troubleshooting assistance or a replacement eSIM.
Issues caused by an incompatible or locked device, incorrect installation, exhausted data, an expired plan, or local network conditions are not considered faults and do not give rise to a refund or replacement.
11. Changes and cancellations by us
If a tour, activity, or other booked service is cancelled or materially changed by us or by a travel partner before it takes place, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a refund of the amount paid for that specific service. This is the only circumstance in which a refund of a fulfilled travel service is provided, and it does not apply to eSIMs, which are delivered immediately on purchase.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback for an order that was correctly delivered — including any eSIM or travel service that was fulfilled — is a breach of these Terms. We may dispute such chargebacks with evidence of delivery and may suspend your account.
13. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account, contact, and payment information;
- Use only a payment method that belongs to you or that you are authorised to use;
- Review the product details, coverage, validity, and these Terms before completing payment;
- Comply with any conditions set by travel partners or local operators for the services you book.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for the acts of independent travel partners or mobile operators, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provided. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. The version in force at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
