Tahaddart Lake is located between Tangier and Assilah. Covering an area of ​​14,000 ha, this lake is characterized by abundant rainfall, high humidity and large variations in temperature throughout the year. This humid site, which is home to an important plant biodiversity, is distinguished by the presence of marine and coastal habitats. In winter, there are large concentrations of freshwater birds: common cranes, flamingos, greylag geese, surface ducks.
