The rules that apply when you use the TripNCity mobile application and website.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TripNCity mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”), operated by SaasFactory LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“SaasFactory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service (reviews, photos, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant SaasFactory LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting), and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
Some features allow you to book travel-related services from third-party providers. Bookings are governed by the terms of the third-party provider; we act only as a facilitator. Prices, availability, and cancellation policies are set by the provider. All payments are processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as travel chat, summaries, and recommendations. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Always verify critical information independently.
The Service, including its software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of SaasFactory LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
The Service may display content or links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party resources.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitation of liability) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAASFACTORY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaasFactory LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by your local consumer-protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
