The stork castle

About this place

The Stork Castle is a fortress dating back to 1578, also called “al Fath”. It was built by Portuguese prisoners detained after the Battle of the Three Kings, following the orders of Moulay Ahmad al Mansour Ed Dahabi. The castle overlooks the Loukkos valley and the whole city.
